Ashton VSG

This is an amazing cigar! Well crafted and always a good smoke with lots of flavor! That's about all i can say because I'm still a novice when it comes to rating a cigar, besides just saying this one rocks! Because this is such a good cigar it is rather on the pricier side and I have been looking to get a box of these bad boys, but i can only find them for sale as singles on CI and for over $200 for even the smallest size available. Can any of you more experienced smokers point me in a the direction of a discounted box of VSG's? I know this might be impossible, but i thought i might as well ask.

Every once in a while a box of good stuff will go almost unnoticed on eBay. I forgot to watch it over the weekend, but a sealed box of Padrons worth around $150 sold for $80 delivered. I'm kicking myself for forgetting about it. So add eBay to your list and check it every so often. I usually just search Padron, CAO (looking for LX2's), Camacho, Tatuaje (looking for Frank's for cheap) and a few others.

I had one VSG so far and didn't like it. It must have just been ones of those days, I don't know but I definitley give it another chance.

Amazingly delicious. Alas I must content myself with a one-fer treat at the B&M once in a blue moon. Way outta my budget for a box.

VSG is just a great cigar. This site has them for a ridiculous price and have heard that some trust them,,,I'm not sure as I have never used them but from the pricing I might as my credit card will reimburse me if there is any funny business.

Holts owns the brand and always has them in singles. Think their recent limit is 12/mo.

For sure,,,a couple of guys on another cigar site said they used them and got their cigars in a normal deliver cycle. I just remembered them when this thread was posted and kept this place in my favorites column. To be sure use a credit card that you know you can dispute if you are let down by them. Call first to verify for pricing and then order if you feel the "love" back. I am going to order some after payday as this price blows my dress wayyyyy up!!

Holts owns Ashton or VSG? I have never heard this before. Can you fill us in?

I love the VSG!!! It is one of the most abundant smokes in my humidor. I have a few ESGs as well, but find the VSG better fits my flavor profile.
