Cigar Press is free?

so i went in to my b&m today... was picking up some random items...

saw an issue of cigar press, which i've never read or seen there before, and picked it up..

well the younger girl rang up my stuff today and it thought the price seemed a little low, is i asked if she rang everything up?

she said yes, then turned and ask her grandmother, the owner, if she needed to ring up the cigar press mag... i told her i would assume so since it said 4.55usd on the front.

her grandmother says 'no, they send me about 12 issues for no reason every so often, i never signed up for it!'

i kindly asked if she had any others lying around... she found 1 other back issue and kindly gave me both!

is it always free? i think i just got lucky here, but wanted to check!
