Winner Winner Chicken Dinner

I never win anything but last night I won twice at a CAO event held here in Houston. I went to the CAO event at the Smoke Ring here in Houston and met up with some of the fellas from CigarLive.com. It was nice to get to see them since it has been some time since I have made it out to an event. I bought a couple of boxes of CAO since they had a buy a box get a sampler and hat free plus a raffle ticket. I am a baseball cap whore and they had LX2 hats.

Before I go any further I would like to tell you that "Troy" boomerd35 was there which meant low odds for everyone involved in a raffle since he always wins the raffles. Rigged.

First ticket they pull in the raffle I win a CAO ashtray. I had a tought time deciding if I wanted the red or black ashtray. I picked the black and chrome and later that night I won the red one too. Got home around 1:00 after smoking some great stuff. The last cigar I smoked was a Dunhill gifted to me and the fellas by Brian "Bigfoot" and I have to admit I was feeling a little dizzy driving home. I loved the Dunhill but I think it is better to smoke it first instead of 4th or 5th. Great freaking cigar.

Great night and lots of fun getting to talk with some of the guys I had not seen in a while. We even had a surprise appearance by DHUTCH the war hero himself.

I plan to see some of the other locals at the big Serious Cigar holiday event here in Houston on the 17th of January. Pepin, EO 601 and Tatuaje event.

Daniel

You're lucky I didn't buy a box, so I didn't get a raffle ticket .

WTG Stogie,,,,,always nice to win something at a herf like that. I remember when I won something at the cigar herf at TobaccoWorld in Atlanta and forgot to check my ticket for quite awhile and went to the website and it seems I won a box of RP,,,a week too late so they did another ticket. I was a very sad boy!

Yeah that was pretty funny that you won the 2nd ashtray. Good thing you picked the black first, otherwise it would have been gone and you would have ended up with two red ones LOL.

And Brian said that now only you and him have the Black with Chrome letters in Texas. Thats pretty sweet!
