Sambuca does now allow smoking anymore. I called about a year and a half ago.

Would not surprise me if they try reverse this bad ordinance, it is hurting business in Downtown in Houston.

It will be difficult, at best, to get the existing legislation reversed.

The anti-smoking lobby is too rich.

And us smokers are too broke from spending all of our $$$$$ buying cigars!

Anywhere they serve to the public inside the city limits of HTown is banned. Thats why a lot of them have put decks or patios. Yea i know this time of year it may get a little cold sitting outside. They are trying to go after the cigar bars as well. Places like Serious who have lounges will probably be next...

I don't know... Restaurant and bar owners can get pretty tight on issues when their pockets get hit hard enough. They might get angry enough to get a push on the reversal...
