Question Taboo recommendation please?
Hello!

I'm a newcomer to the world of cigars. On New Year's Eve, I had a Taboo Twist Toro, which I enjoyed very much. Can anyone recommend another medium-bodied Taboo worth trying? Thank you!

What you should do is PM Rob (tccigar) here on puff.


Let him know hwat you enjoy and he can tell you better which of his blends might be a good fit.



Enjoy, I find a few of his blends really good!

Took advantage of Taboo email discount and received the shipment about week ago. I have been ordering the Twist, and Original Special Forces but decided to thy the Taboo limited reserve Havana, and Limited Reserve Connecticut. My experience with Taboo cigars is they usually arrive fresh and need a few days rest; however, I smoked 1 of each over past couple of days and enjoyed both, there were no burn issues and found both have a flavorful mild to medium smoke. Definately intend adding some to the next order.

LR Maduros are great. Had one from a sampler I got from Rob and it really hit the spot. Had to go out and get a few more (from a local place here in gilbert).

Grab a "limited reserve" six pack or one of the 10 cigar "samplers". You get an opportunity to enjoy his various blends from Nicaragua, DR, Honduras and elsewhere and determine which bests suits your taste. Don't hesitate to try his "value" cigars as well - large, oily and very dark I've enjoyed every one.

Habano Sun Grown (HSG)

very tasty good quality cigar........I've tried some of the other ones but I keep re-ordering the HSG's

It's a great cigar at $4.99 but if you watch Rob's specials, you can get 35-40% off.........that makes them even better.
