From what I understand is that B&M in the west dont get as many boxes and always mark them up . Try a WTB thread A Brother might be able to help you get some a lot closer to MSRP + Taxes

At MSRP or at MSRP+CA taxes?
 I think the cheapest I have ever seen anejos in San Francisco was a year or two ago (around Christmas time) at Grants and they were $14-15 if I remember correctly. There was a limit on how many you could buy as well. I don't think I have ever seen an OpusX in the bay area near MSRP, but I have not been to all of the shops around here. I would start looking online or definitely post a WTB thread. There are a lot of BOTLs who can get opus around MSRP.
