I've ordered from MANY cigar places. I have had some problems over the years but nothing that wasn't settled to my satisfaction.
I have ordered from THOMPSONs and have had minor problems that they took care of immediately... No more frequently than CI, FAMOUS. FOR SOME unknown reason I do not get peppered with spam.... I will order from them again. Tom
