Help!! I lost my Palio!

I start off my thread with an angry face because I had my Palio stolen from me within the past two days. I just bought the new Carbon Fiber Palio cutter and brought it out with me to a party last night. I placed the cutter on my friends table with my smokes and lighter and went to the bathroom. I came back only 1 minute later and my cutter was no where to be found! Of course no one knows where it went to and no one saw it!! I was so excited because I was going to be using my Palio for the first time.....I never got to use it!! Now I have to revert back to my old cheap cutters once again!! Do you guys/gals think I should jump and buy another one?? Is it really worth it to spend my hard earned money on another cutter....a Palio!! I cannot believe that it's gone!! I'm goning to have to get the Palio FBI involved!!

hey man, that sucks. guess Im lucky I have the habit to keep my xikar cutter glued to me at all times. As far as buying another one, I dont know if I would right away, cuz I hate losing sh!t and then running out and buying the same thing, but thats just me.

Re: Help!! I lost my Palio!

I feel for you dude.Left my first one in a U-Haul truck during a move. This was from the first group buy initiated by Poker some years ago.As I think it is a great cutter when the second group buy came about I was quick to sign up.Needless to say I am much more conscious of where I set it down.As an aside to this I have had problems with the little BOTL emblems falling out.Lost one which the guys at Palio replaced without any issue and recently discovered that I the second emblem was gone.Anybody else experienced this? That sucks. I would start fighting people...

Is it worth the $$, yes. I never have a bad cut with mine. Don't think of it as you're paying $90 for one Palio. I know that is what would initially enter my mind.

Sorry to hear that. They cut perfectly--I'd get another one in a second.

I also have the Carbon Fiber.

Consider it a lesson learned. Trust no one. Buy a new one and don't ever let it out of your sight again. Maybe sell some old junk on ebay to make up for the cost.

Yeah, like, the organs of the person who stole it.

Re: Help!! I lost my Palio!

Have the carbon fiber finish one myself. Definitely worth picking up another! Been using mine for half a year or so and love it. Great cut every time and also acts as a place to rest my cigar if I need to put it down for a few minutes. Looks great too. Get another but always keep it in your pocket so no one will get their grubby thieving mits on it!
