new cigar bar

Here is my basement that ive been working on in my spare time for the last 2 years. So roughly I work on it 2 or 3 hours a week! Its getting close to being finished. I have to paint/install trim and paint doors and coat the floor and its done.

The round table is a support post for the main beam that I couldnt remove so I had to come up with a way to disguise it. The labels are glued down and covered with a coat of epoxy.

Yes that is an Opus X band........one on the opposite side as well.

Re: new cigar bar

I installed a 380cfm exhaust fan about the bar and a 6" fresh air intake with a motorized damper that opens when the fan is turned on. It brings in flows about 200 cfm. I also put motorized dampers on all the supply runs so the smoke cant go into the rest of the house. Does a fairly effective job of removing smoke and odors. I need to get a 20" LCD for behind the bar and Id like to get a 36" or 40" for infront of the couch.

Re: new cigar bar

I'm envious. I'm relegated to OUTSIDE smoking only. Not to bad in the summer/fall....but the Montana WINTER is another story.

yeah winters in nebraska suck balls too! thats the main reason I decided to do this. That and now I dont have to have drunk people runnin through my house. I can make everybody use the back door and straight down the basement they go.

I had to stop drooling so I could type. Nice work. I'd post pictures of my smoking room but who wants to see pictures of my pickup.
