Amen, bro. I smoked cigs for twenty years, and man do I regret ever getting started. I quit about six years ago, at my 12 year old daughters pleading. Ironically, she's almost 18 now and smokes cigarettes. Never felt better since I've quit those nasty things.Then about 3 years ago, a friend gave me a Cohiba Churchill from Cuba. Nirvana! I've had the cigar bug since. Not too many Cubans (not in my budget), but I really enjoy the ones I smoke. What a great hobby. Just had a La Gloria Cubana Serie R after dinner and working on the house all day. Great weather, some cold beers and a good cigar.

The only time I was buying cigarettes was for a short time a few months back, before I realized that the bar I frequent allows cigar smoking. I would buy a buy one get one free pack of camels and go to town in the bar. I never got the addiction that others seem to (my father included), but it just wasn't satisfying. I guess it works if you really just want to taste the beer, since there's no other flavor to speak of. Oh well, glad I don't have to pay that amount for a pack. I'll stick with my 5-7 cigars. Much more worth per ounce of tobacco.
