Any problems? cheapercigars.com

Hi Guys,

Has anyone had any problems with Cheapercigars.com? I had never ordered from them until now and I don't have a lot of exsperience in ordering online.This on the computer compareing cigar notes with others and ordering on line is pretty new to me but lately i've been ordering from several sites due to my eyes being bugged out at all the variety and until now had no problem.

But on 3/21 I placed an order with cheapercigars.com for a box of Rocky Patel Decade Torpedos for $142.95 which I thought was a decent price.

They charged my credit card just fine but the order now 9 days later still says it's "processing". The other sites I have ordered from have been very fast with the exception of a place I order from in Coasta Rica but that's to be exspected.

I called the online number and got an answering machine promiseing to call me back.I never could get an actual person.

Has anyone else had problems from them?

I've been dealing with them for several years. Only twice have they been slow, but they've always come through. They will send an email to let you know it's shipped. I've found them to be very decent people to deal with.
