I assume it is a Dominican Puro cause that is what they have been making. But, I don’t know what the heck that wrapper is. They have released stock with the “epicure”, “nativo and the “criollo” wrappers. But I believe that this is different than all of those. What could it be?

I would call them. I got an odd shaped 4" Gurkha Legend from Thompson Cigars and called Gurkha in FL. They told me it was a Legend but made especially for Thompson. I never quite forgave them for that (4X44 Legend). Cheap is what it is. I expect a real stick when I buy a sampler, not a miniature. Notice that they often don't describe the vitolas when they have sampler sales. CI and everyone else I deal with on line does.
