Requires a lot of monitoring though. Plus you get freebies on CI. I haven't seen any box pressed 5 Vegas Classics for sale on there lately.

You can get quite a bit for $70 on the devil site - but if those two were my only options I'd go with the 5 Vegas. I've had a few of the different Gurkhas and they were okay, but overall I've enjoyed 5 Vegas more.

All things considered I'll go against the grain also and recommend the Gurkhas by a long shot. The variety is great and a few of the sticks in the bundle are quite pricey, even when discounted. I just picked up a box of 5 Vegas gold toros with an additional 12 torps from CI and they're a decent smoke. They're not Gurkhas though. Some of those on the list are really great smokes. JM$.02 of course.

The fact that Gurkha has 20 different cigars and all in the same excate size kinda scares me! Who does that and why? Hell Pepin doesn't even do anything like that! I just don't get Gurkha and don't buy them.

I would definitely go with the Gurkhas. I've had quite a few of the blends in that sampler, and almost all of them are way better than the Classic, IMO. Unless you really, really love the Classic, get the Gurkhas!
