Man that totally sucks!!! I haven't done that yet either. But I did have a friend in Jr High School (yes Jr High) that would put cigarettes out on his tongue, boy was craving for attention LOL

That's certainly one for the archives. Ive never done that with a cigar, but I cant count all the filters of home rolled cigarettes Ive lit and tugged on, ACK!

Not quite as common as a cigarette smoker casually attempting to pull the smoke from their mouth while their fingers slide down the cig and grab the cherry off the end.

OUCH! I have a big round scar on top of my knee from the ash of the cigar falling right on top of my knee. It bubbled up and all. I have a nice memory engraved there now! lol. It hurt!
