I agree with you. My personal experience with Cbid had been wonderful; and I buy frequently from them. I have never noticed bad packing, but I will be more aware now; the cigars have been fine, that is what I am really looking for. Putting more plastic pillows in the environment or God forbid, those pesky peanuts is not a good thing either. Their business practice seems to work; most are happy with them -- but I respect those that have a different view.
