Re: Gurkha Micro Batch Cigars?

I love the Gurkha brand. Yes they are usually a little more money, but well worth it. I am currently enjoying the Liga TPB-1 and an very impressed. I'll be ordering a box of these. Woody and leathery with just a hint of spice... Ony 50,000 of these were made.

For a heady smoke you might try the Turk. It's what I keep in the humidor for unwinding and sharing with friends. The box of TPB-1's I'm ordering will be just for me tho, lol.

You won't regret it. Do you like mild, medium or full bodied cigars?

Re: Gurkha Micro Batch Cigars?

I don't like Gurkha's much. I've tried maybe 50% of what they got out, and they all sort of have the same medium-bodied kinda bland taste to them. Maybe that's just me, 'cause I typically only smoke strong cigars. Like, the Gurkha G3 which is supposed to be strong seemed pretty mild to me. I would say maybe get one of those CI sampler deals and try some of their mid-priced cigars

I picked up a 5-pack of Master Selects from JR Cigars while I was in N.C.
I liked them and would get more.

I love the TPB-1. I thought it had great flavor, but do not really like the small ring size.

Re: Gurkha Micro Batch Cigars?

The lancero is more like a box press lonsdale. I have one of them and it smells and looks great but seems a bit fresh/moist. I am going to give it a month or two.
