I didnt know the whole deal with the Cohibas..I thought there was just one cohiba and those were the cubans.

I havent smoked any of them yet, have them sitting in the humi right now. Im looking forward to trying the Bolivars and La Glorias as I heard good things about them on here!

I avoid them. There are plenty of vendors out there who have everything you would want in cigars and are very competitive. As my daughter would say, "They seem sketchy." Just my opinion. Ymmv.

You can stop the phone calls. Just call their customer service and ask them to remove your telephone number. Really, it was that easy in my case. No more phone calls.

That wasn't my experience. I finally blocked the number because they refused to honor my request not to call me anymore.

Some people believe the two Cohibas are one and the same. A former coworker swore that Dominican Cohibas are Cuban Cohibas that are rebanded in the Dominican Republic to be sold in the United States (like US Customs wouldn't be all over a scheme like this in about five minutes). He didn't believe me when I told him that the Cuban company had sued General Cigar over the use of the name.

I got one of their samplers and let me tell you the Thompson brand cigars were some of the worst I ever tasted. I was on their COM list but quickly canceled my membership.
