Setting up the Vino.

I have a wine cooler that is a 12 bottle capacity and I am ready to set it up for my cigars. I need a humidifier and cedar shelves. I plan on getting an electric hydrometer too. Any suggestions on what I should use and where to get it. I seen some trays on cheaphumidors.com but I don't know much about this site. Thanks in advance for the help.

Re: Setting up the Vino.

I've heard nothing but good reviews about cheaphumidors so I wouldn't worry about puchasing from them. There's also a gentleman on this forum who sells shelves specially made for the Vino. Below is the link. Hope it helps make your decision! Oh also, I've purchased 2 Western Caliber III digital hygrometer's on eBay for $19.95 each which includes shipping and thought it was a great deal.

Re: Setting up the Vino.

Get your hygros at walmart for $5 to $10. They work good..tons of us use em. You can use mahogany for shelves too if you dont wanna spend the money for spanish cedar. Basically the same wood.

Re: Setting up the Vino.

I've got 3 of the trays from Cheap Humidors and plan on buying 3 more.
