I found a box of these at a local. Wondering if they are worth buying? Also, does anybody know when these were discontinued? I searched for a while but can't find a lot of info.

Re: CAO Extreme

IT's been a couple years at least. My local still has some too, and I've purchased a handful or two to send to friends who love them and haven't had one in a LONG time. They are almost gone, though, and I too am trying to decide whether to buy the rest.

Re: CAO Extreme

I have a box of these resting away.

I sort of have a love-hate relationsghip with these cigars. The first one I had was awesome and I wrote a review about in on this site. It was filled with coffee/cocoa bean flavor. Very rich in taste. Then the next few I had were sort of flat with one or two good ones in between. I had one a few months ago and that was very good.

For me, they are an inconsistent smoke. Sometimes I get something out of them and sometimes no for whatever that reason may be. When they are good I love them which is what makes it so tough when they are being difficult with me.

Re: CAO Extreme

I couldn't get the guy to give me a deal on them and taxes are high in MN but I got one and it was very tasty. Very tight draw on the box pressed corona but it lasted a while and tasted real good. I'd say worth a try and it was my favorite CAO so far.
