I'm pretty sure this is the same thing as the "Vintage 1990", which I have had several of. I've had quite a few various Rocky cigars, and while none of them was what I would consider "magic", I have also never had a "bad" one either, even with the seconds. They have all been very good, the construction is top-notch, and I have had maybe one or two that had minor burn problems, but nothing a quick touch-up wouldn't fix. They're solid, dependable smokes. Once you've smoked the first one, you know what the rest of them will be like.

They can be a little pricey at "regular" price, but they are frequently on sale, they come up on the Daily Joe, and they're always available through C-Bid. As I said, I've also smoke a lot of the seconds, and never found a single thing wrong with them. You can usually Quick-Buy 5-packs off C-bid for around $20, if you're not sure enough to buy a whole box. That's what I would recommend.

Note: while I was typing this, I remembered the one Old World Reserve maduro that I smoked, and that one was stunningly good.

Good stick. And a good money saving alternative is the RP 2nd of this offered on cbid in the bundles of 15 which can usually be picked up for 2.50-3.00/stick or even less at times.
