Re: Father's Day Cigar

I rarely get to smoke with my father, and he's gone on work today so we had one last Thurs.

I gave him a Padilla Obsidian and I smoked an El Baton Torp.

Re: Father's Day Cigar

I’m jealous of moat of these cigars. i was offered the chance to work today, an offer they wouldn’t let me refuse, so I’m getting ready to step out on the dock, and have a punch London Club, and I may have another one before I leave around midnight. They’re not the greatest, but I have them with me, and I have been enjoying them quite a bit lately, so they’ll do. Regardless, happy father’s day to all.

Re: Father's Day Cigar

Started out with a Mayorga this morning with my coffee.
Then had a La Gloria Cubana Maduro While walking the local flea market>
After an afternoon ciesta, I had my first ever Opus X.
And now I am going out on the deck to enjoy the sunset with a Camacho Triple Maduo. Man what a great day it was!

Re: Father's Day Cigar

A nice PSD5 EL while out with the misses.
I am finding myself smoking these when I need to grab something. Although lately with the increased humidity I have found that the past 2 have not burned as well as I would like.
Still I enjoy these emensely.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY to all the dads here.

Re: Father's Day Cigar

Unfortunately, I had a bad Alec Bradley Imperator. It canoed bigtime, developed an aftertaste half way thru. I will try another sometime just to test whether this was a one-time failure, but I was very disappointed.
Don't worry, I will make up for that next week with a Dona Flor!

Re: Father's Day Cigar

I changed what I was going to smoke because I ended up having time for 2 sticks, so I had:

AF Hemingway Classic
Perdomo Reserve Cameroon

The winner was the Perdomo! This Hemingway was lacking what I love about that line...the sweet cedar flavors. Not sure if it was a bad stick or what. But the Perdomo (my first of the Cameroon) was surprisingly good!
