I know there are most likely plenty of threads like this, sorry I am new here. So I learned of the devil's site 10 mins after I joined this forum, then shortly after that I learned about CHIMP and my life has been going downhill from here. Since then I have 6 auctions that I am winning that are ending soon, and no space in my 50ct humi. I even bid on a small 20ct humi just because it was too tempting to pass up. Now I really have to travel to my friends house and pick up that free 100ct humi he offered me. I need to limit my visits to the devil's site, maybe twice a day? Sad part is that the devil site made me pass up the Opus X sampler that Taboo Cigars is offering. O well I rather spread my money and try a wider selection.

Yeah, you say 1 to 2 times a day now. Just wait until you're at work, hitting up auctions every 20 mins! Actually, I tend to get on around 9am central time to catch the opening of all the quickies, stalk the rest of the openings, and then let it ride throughout the day usually. Unless I have an auction ending that day, then I check on it pretty regularly. Checking your bids continuiously is one thing, but once you have made a bid, it is CRUCIAL to stick with it and not keep bumping it up. It may take a couple tries to get the item you want at a good price, but it CAN be done. The devil site brings out the weirdest combination of OCD'ness and patience in me.

important things:
1. Make sure you sign up for their email newsletter. Sometimes their private auctions are AMAZING.
2. Use once a week shipping. You'll be glad you did. It's cheaper, and I actually enjoy the extra time that I can use to empty out the humis while I'm waiting for things to ship.

I think part of the problem is this site's forums too! I just found a Vinotemp on Craigslist for $130. It is 24 inches wide and has 6 metal racks. Anyone know what size that is? (i.e. how many bottles?) I might convince the wine lovers in my house to split the cost and give them the bottom 2 racks and keep the top 4 for myself.
