They got my physical address because I requested a catalog and special offers via snail mail. Needless to say, they didnt send a catalog....just the gift package. That was a seperate email that I sent requesting the catalog. I am not sure now, that CAO offers catalogs, being that I havent received one yet. Also, any letters or email that I write to a company, I write in a business format, so my address is always on the top of my letters. For me it's just good practice to appear professional with good writing. Maybe it will pay off?....lol
