So I'm sitting in the house, watching a movie, and guess who shows up? The Fed Ex guy!

Last month, I smoked my first CAO Brazilia and loved it. It was a Brazilia~Amazon. I liked it so much that I decided to send an email to CAO the next day and express my delight and let them know they made one hell of a cigar and how much I enjoyed it. Thats all. Just an email of gratitude for making a fine cigar. I wasn't expecting anything in return...I wasn't kissing any ass...just letting them know that I loved their cigar and that I would smoke many more.

Well, the Fed Ex guy gave me a package from CAO. My eyes lit up like light bulbs.

Inside was the CAO~Seed to Soul DVD and the four pack world sampler containing:

CAO~America~Potomac
CAO~Brazilia~Gol!
CAO~Italia~Ciao
CAO~Criollo~Pato

The customer appreciation and the fine quality of business dealt forth by CAO has done nothing but impress me. Anyone else have these awsome expieriences with CAO?

I have read some other post that people have said good things about CAO customer service. I also enjoy the Brazillia and look forward at trying out there other blends.

The Brazillia is pretty damn good. It's been one of my fav's since I had my first one.

What a pleasant surprise to be sure. CAO was one of the first brands I really trusted to deliver a good cigar.
