Re: What do you value most about Club Stogie?

There are several things I value about his community. First is how truely nice everyone in here is. Everyone is so eager to help eachother out via advice or helping someone out when they are in need. The information I have learned here is second to none and I am grateful for the knowledge and the several kicks down the slope.

I love it when gorillas don't know better and put up photos of themselves for me to photoshop.

Also, I've found a lot of people with whom I think I'd really enjoy meeting in person.

And SeanGAR is my personal karmic 2x4 to the side of my head, helping me recalibrate my hyperbole.

CS brings soo much to the table that no other cigar forum can compare to.

Friendships: Getting to know everyone, their interests, and families. Going the extra yard for anything....

Knowledge: The sharing of advice, reviews, recommendations

Cigars: The growing passion we share is unbelievable. This addiction to CS is life changing but WELL WORTH IT!!

Love and respect to all my fellow gorillas!!

Awesome thread Skip!! You da man!

For me I am glad to have been accepted (sometimes a difficult thing in other forums, cigars or otherwise) and getting interact with you BOTL/SOTL's. You are all a very kind and generous group.

I hope to make some friends and meet some of you in person.

Now how do we accomplish an online group hug???

The community. How comfortable we are even to meet one another. It surprises me how the passion for cigars brings out the best in us here.

Re: What do you value most about Club Stogie?

Without a doubt it has been the very knowledgable LLGs around here. I have learned more about cigars in the 5 months I have been here than in the 15 or so years I have been smoking (granted not full time)

Very friendly people here willing to share anything and everything...

I like how genuine the people really are. No with a hint of Chilean walnuts on the finish type stuff. Just real smokers who like to help people and share their experiences.

I could cc: any of the above responses to the question, because they are all true.

The people in the jungle, each and everyone (well for the most part ). The fact that I joined here, just short of 6 months ago, and have developed some genuine friendships says alot, that has never happened in this type of enviroment for me before.
