It's great news!!!!!!!!!
My best friend just found out he is gonna be a daddy. He has wasn't kids for years and and it has finally happened. Now I have to decide on the cigars to buy.
I figured I would buy some sort of cheap machine mades for the non smokers. But for him and I, I want to buy some nice sticks. I fihured I would buy a couple now to celebrate the news. Then some really nice sticks when the little one arrives. He is an occassional smoker and sticks mostly to milder cigars. I prefer a medium bodied smoke. What cigars do u suggest? I want something that will be a very memorable moment.(especially for him) I probably will be spending around ten dollars a smoke. |

Is your friend a smoker? If he is then buy him a box of cigars. He could then smoke one every year on his childs birthdate.

so the guy is an occasional smoker that prefers mild smokes, probably not gonna be real hip with the VSG in my opinion (I noticed it had been mentioned twice), don't get me wrong it's a hell of a cigar, but it's not exactly mild. My personal suggestion would be like a Montecristo White, very mild, yet incredibly tasty, even for a guy that smokes a lot of cigars. It's personal favorite of mine. A box will be pricey but to me it's definitely worth it.

If he is not a regular cigar smoker, I would not buy him a box, they would probably go bad. Some of the milder cigars I love are:

I had really considered the Montecristo Whites. I've never tried one but every one seems to love them.

Another cigar I had considered was the Nat Sherma 1400 series. Has anyone tried these? Are they a true medium bodied cigar? What did you think of them?
