Cigars International Website

Anyone else notice that the 'customer review' section under each cigar, is gone? I usually like to read the reviews before i purchase cigars from them, if its a cigar i havent tried. Under each cigar, you also have to click to see the 'available sizes'. Anyone know whats up with that? Anyone else notice these changes?

Re: Cigars International Website

I saw that the other day. Kinda confused me. I like complexity but clicking on another link to view sizes kinda ruins the experience. That and it wears out my cordless mouse's batteries! Maybe they are in the process of updating or revamping the site and this is the beginning to a greater and better site? Who knows. Email them and see what they got to say.

I noticed that I had to click to see sizes & prices today, kinda wierd, are they "tracking" what people are clicking? Thats what came to my mind, but I am not savy with that kind of stuff at all.

Re: Cigars International Website

I'm not crazy about any changes that make a site more cumbersome to use, and this seems like what they have done.

Re: Cigars International Website

I just checked the CI and CBid websites. Both are down for what is being called "necessary system maintenance". I don't know if they are making big changes - we will see. The sites are expected up again at 3:30 AM Eastern, according to the company.

Re: Cigars International Website

It appears that everything is back to normal. "fan mail" (reviews) section back up for each cigar, and no clicking to see sizes. Hopefully it stays that way!

Re: Cigars International Website

Seems a little cumbersome to click here to see available sizes.

Also noticed many of the pic links were not working. Hopefully whatever they are doing they finish up with soon.
