Plus I find a good nic buzz acts as a pick me up while on the course, kind of like a perpetual cup of coffee...

Speaking of babysitting cigars on the golf course, I recently purchased a "heater holder" for my stogies. It's a cigar holder that clips to the golf bag so that your not constantly trying to find a safe place to lie it down (or putting with it between your teeth!). It's a little overpriced, but it saves a lot of hassle while out on the course!

I'm the same way - something relatively cheap so I am not worried about relights and such. Save the good stuff for when I can really give it my attention.
