Help me pick out some samplers!

Ok guys, so i have $35 to spend and i want to pick out 2 5 pack samplers from CI as i am leaving for vacation on wensday, and i know that from CI i will get them in time. Unfortunatly the two samplers i wanted are sold out already(DPG #1 and NUB)

So, i wanted to ask you guys which samplers are the best value, or which ones do you think i would enjoy the most? I pretty much already own the sampler, or most of the cigars out of the following:

RP #1
RP #2
CAO
Padilla
Already have oliva g and g maduro, as well as V

Out of whats left available, what do you think is the best value, or what do you think i will enjoy trying the best??? Or if theres a beter deal from CI that i missed you can let me know as well, but my max is $35

Here is the link to the sampler page.
5-Star You-Pick-Two Madness - Cigars International

Thanks as always!!!

Re: Help me pick out some samplers!

dpg #2 i was def. considering

Never really heard of the La Aurora. Sorry, im new to cigars. So anyone willing to comment on these and give a vauge flavor profile please go ahead.

Thanks for the suggestion! Keep them comming.

Also, is the Don Pepin Garcia Vegas Cubanas Invicto a totally diffrent cigar than the 5 Vegas Miami? Maybe its the similar bands that are getting me confused?

Re: Help me pick out some samplers!

I'd take the CAO + Oliva #2 in a heartbeat but since you have some olivas, and considering that you say you LOVE the Brazilia, you should try the Camacho sampler. Alotta fuller bodies, full flavor smokes in there.

I'd say the Gran Habano 5-Star Sampler and the DPG Sampler
too bad the 601 sampler is out of stock

DPG for sure, they used to have 2 different ones too, as well as the 601, if it should come back in stock.

Lol, so it looks like the DPG will be a definate then. Seems like averyone else has a diffrent opinion on the rest. LOL, maybe its time to just flip a coin onto the CI magazine and see which sampler it falls on

Yes, they are 2 different cigars.

The Miami was blended for CI.
The Vegas is a DPG Brand.

Two totaly different cigars! I would for sure get the Pepin #2, I would also get the Oliva # 2, it has a Master Blend in it. It alone is worth it.

Re: Help me pick out some samplers!

Master blend heh? Never heard of it, but then again, ive never heard of most of the ish ive been smoking. That good heh?

Im starting to get excited i tell ya though... I bought a big 20 count sampler a few weeks ago, and have continued buying a few smokes here and there as well. I have researched a good deal of them and i think i smoked most of the cheaper sitcks that ive had.. im going on vacation next week and am super excited cause im going to do alot of smoking... heres what ive got in the box that could get the torch on vacation..

padilla 1968
RP 90,92,edge,edge light,OWR, connecticut, signature,sun grown,decade
Oliva G,G maduro, V
NUB Cameroon
CAO Italia,gold maduro,black,brazilia,mx2

Should I be excited about this lineup??? Ive never tried any of them? Plus add to this the DPG #2 and whatever else i pick .. holy moly im getting excited and pumped.. decisions decisions decisions....

haha, ok back on topic

Re: Help me pick out some samplers!

Awesome list for sure. When I was new to cigars i went through the RP and Oliva lines too, and am still smoking most of them to this day. Some of the botls turned me on to DPG in the fall08. In fact, one brother heard I hadn't had any yet and bombed me with a sampler. I haven't outgrown Pepin yet! Enjoy!
