My two favorite sizes are Perejo 6x52 and Belicoso 6x56. They are the most comfortable to smoke.

I prefer around 48 ring gauge, 5-6 inches long. Though I enjoy most sizes fine. I used to be a big corona fan, but generally the cigars did not last long enough for me.

Re: What's your favorite size and why???

All things considered I`m a Toro guy. Everything a robusto is with just a little extra. Good volume, just the right length. I can hardly afford to find out whats truly best in each size for each manufacture, so toro is my go to size when available.

Cheers,
Randall

Re: What's your favorite size and why???

I tend to go for robustos. I like a bigger ring guage and I usually dont have much time to smoke something longer. If I do have more time, I will go for a torp. Figurados tend to have better construction in my opinion, since they are a little harder to roll and are more likely to be rolled by more experienced rollers.

Re: What's your favorite size and why???

I tend to buy coronas or smaller perfectos. I don't usually want a long smoke since I sit outside. If I'm at the smoke shop I will usually smoke something longer, like a lonsdale or churchill. The time available to me is important, because I don't want to rush a cigar or waste it because I don't have 1.5+ hours to spend smoking it.

Re: What's your favorite size and why???

I smoke mostly Robustos, but I like a lot of different sizes.
Toros, Torpedos, Churchills, or Panetelas if I want a little longer smoke. (I especially like Torpedos).

The only size I really never smoke is Coronas.

corona. I like the feel of the size and I like that the smoke lasts me about 45 minutes....just right. Once I get beyond an hour with a cigar, I am getting antsy to move on and do other things in life. (I know, I know, what else is there in life?)

Re: What's your favorite size and why???

6.5x54 is my ideal length and RG. I prefer toro's most and I prefer box pressed over regular round in general. However, I do like larger RG's a lot, and I'm pretty much good with smaller RG's (below 50rg) if they're box pressed. However once you get to 60 and up I find it too large. I've had plenty of 60rg cigars but now find I prefer under 60, though I will still smoke a 60 of course.

Re: What's your favorite size and why???

Corona has been my fav size for a while now, get more taste from the wrapper. But Robusto runs a close 2nd and in some cigars it just depends. Like the Padilla Miami I find the Corona to have a tight draw and the Robusto is awesome!

Re: What's your favorite size and why???

I don't know that I have a favorite vitola but over the last year I have tried a lot more smaller rg sizes than I used to smoke. I really like coronas like the San Cristobal Francisco: 44 x 5.5". Seemed like a good balance between flavor and smoke volume.

Re: What's your favorite size and why???

Toro
Robusto
Churchill

My philosophy is pretty much the bigger cigar, the more smoking...

There are some exceptions, I like the Belicoso for an Oliva V and the Principe for the PAM 64...

Re: What's your favorite size and why???

Robusto in the morning because I can finish it before I leave for work. Toro in the evening and Churchill when I have a good two hours to just sit and enjoy it, usually on the weekends. The 50 to 54 ring gauge provides just the right amount of smoke for me.
