Cigars International - Make Me an Offer

Hey guys,

Trying to figure out if there is a formula to the Make Me an Offer system on CigarsInternational.com.

I haven't been able to find a pattern yet, to which offers they will accept and/or decline.

Anyone have any experience with this? Any ideas?

It's hit or miss from my experience. When I use C-Bid I use the CHIMP system to see where pricing is before I ever make a bid.

Re: Cigars International - Make Me an Offer

I dont know, but I dont think there is a set system, at least, not in terms of a percentage lower that will be accepted.

I made 3 offers on 3 different boxes, each about 40% off the listed price... all were rejected. Then I made a second round of offers that were about 25% off, and 2 got rejected but the Padilla 68's got accepted

Maybe its off a maximum $ amount? But that wouldnt make so much sense because expensive items have more room for discount.

I've tried entering prices that are on par with c-bid final selling prices, but no such luck as the make me an offer informed me I was cold.
