i have purchased from both CI and cigar.com and I post quite frequently on their forum. i find that if you call into cigar.com you are able to get better deals and you can also discuss what cigars to try based on what you like. a few times they have thrown in an extra cigar "just because"

cigar.com does have its good points. if i already know what i want i usually go to CI.
