Re: Padilla Signature 1932 Robusto

I got mine today as I was out of the office yesterday where they went to. I couldn't help but try one out which I think might have been a mistake.
It tasted fairly blah and mostly woody.
I'm thinking maybe the humidity was low from shipping and it needs time in the humidor.
Do I need to age these for a while? Am I right about the humidity being too low?
If I do need to age how long should I age them for?

Mine were as hard as a rock, I tried one right off the bat couldn't help myself and had the same experience. Let them rest for a couple of weeks yet a month to be safe.

I've been fighting the urge to try one since I got mine. Thanks for the heads up on these. I think I'll let them sleep for a month or so now.
