Order from Atlantic arrived today!

Atlantic is class all the way. The great thing about cigar retailers is that almost all of them are first rate!

I have an order from them arriving on Friday with that cutter in it. I'm new here but it seems to me Atlantic has a huge fan base here, at the risk of being attacked I'm going to say that my experience with them has not been a good one. I placed two orders with them and both times items I added to my cart and checked out with were actually on back order. I canceled the first order and came here to do a search on the company. After seeing the respect the company got here I waited a few weeks and placed the order again, same thing happened, this time I settled on different colors of the same items just to get this order done with. The company has great prices on the items I was looking but I not sure I will be ordering from them again.

I'm not a fan of online shopping carts... Unless it's Amazon or one of the super-big chains there can be issues.

I always prefer to call and place the order over the phone. Some smaller businesses just cannot keep their web component totally current.

Atlantic once short shipped me 5 cigars (I ordered a hand picked sample of 5 diff. cigars and asked for 2 of each... I got one of each. One call got them sent out free shipping with a few freebies in the package.

Hope you have good service from now on...
