'til I burn my fingers!

As a newbie to smoking decent cigars (in the past the best I smoked were tins of little Macanudos from the local pharmacy) I find it a wonderful experience smoking a stick right down 'til my fingers are burning and still enjoying it. Lately been enjoying Gurkha Legends and Sherpas and Cu-Avano Intenso (though these are a little strong for my liking at this point). Looking forward to the Padilla Signature 1932s that just arrived.

On that same note I saw a hint that's come in handy...smoke the last part of the cigar using a toothpick to hold it thus protecting the fingers.

Great forum, by the way! I've gotten lots of great information in the short time I've been here.

The toothpick thingy is a little to 60's for me, but glad you're enjoying them!
I only have a couple that I enjoy and do tend to nub all of them.

A toothpick works in a pinch when I don't have my homemade nubber with me.

Ditto this as well. I love Churchill cigars only because the final third is a bit longer and I want to enjoy the taste for as long as possible.
