Camacho Connecticut (awesome)
Gurkha Park Ave
Gurkha Connecticut Reserve

Pretty much any Connecticut. I like mild/medium cigars as well and also enjoyed the 5 Vegas "A". The RP Fusion was good too!

Re: Mild to Medium

I just moved across town a few weeks ago, and money was a bit tight, so I actually bought that silly "Poor Boy" sampler from CI. There were some real dogs in there, but also some real surprises. The Brocatus brand they sell was actually a pretty darn good smoke. It's mild - medium in body, but it was very flavorful. I also like CAO Gold when I want a flavorful medium bodied smoke. I generally stick to fuller bodied cigars, so I'm a bit picky when I do smoke a mild - medium stick. I need flavor, not blandness. Counter to that I don't have to have a complex smoke either, as long as there's some good tobacco flavor.

I do like the CAO Gold but I've never tried a " Full " bodied stick . Just figured it would be too much . I heard Cigar Dave talking about one of the Gurkha Fulls and said not to smoke it on an empty stomach . Wow , I can't imagine that . A Taboo Twist leaves me with a head ache at times . I am up for suggestions . Thanks

Re: Mild to Medium

I'm a noob and still not able to handle a strong cigar. I did a search and read through some posts and came up with this list of mild to medium sticks. Most of these were recommended more than once by different posters in different posts. I plan to take it with me when I go to a B&M.

• 5 Vegas Gold
• Alturo Fuente King Bs
• Arturo Fuente
• Ashton Classic
• CAO Black
• CAO Criollo
• CAO Gold
• Carlos Torano 1916
• Carlos Torano Casa Torano
• Chateau Real
• Cu-Avana
• Cuesta-Rey Centro Fino Sun Grown
• Cusano 18 Double Connecticut
• Davidoff Classic
• Don Diego
• Gran Habano Connecticut #1
• Gurkha Castle Halls
• Gurkha Symphony
• Gurkha Turk
• H. Upmann Vintage Cameroons
• Hoyo de Monterrey
• Indian Tabac Limited Reserve
• Macanudo Classic
• Macanudo Hyde Park
• Montecristo White
• Oliva Connecticut Reserve
• Perdomo Champagne
• Rockey Patel Vintage Connecticut
• Romeo y Julieta 1875
• Romeo y Julieta Reserva Real
• Romeo y Julieta Vintage
• Taboo Twist

If some more knowledgeable Brothers see anything that shouldn't be on a mild to medium list (probably more on the mild side) let me know.

gispert.

they are fairly inexpensive. there is a very light grass taste to it. im not a big fan of grassy cigars but this one seems to do it right. IMHO

Re: Mild to Medium

I'm smoking the Patel Salomon seconds I grabbed from Cbid. A lot more mild than I thought they'd be. Pretty tame. And for some reason I thought they were going to be full bodied.

The Macanudo Hyde Parks are a better smoke, I think, a little more going on flavour wise.

Arturo Fuente Ventanas are a nice mild smoke as well.

I will backup danmcmartin on these that are listed above as great smokes. I was not a big fan of the Perdomo Champagne, and the others listed I have not tried.

Re: Mild to Medium

CI offers the following:

CI Taster Pack: Mild-Medium - Cigars International

I'd say give that a shot if you don't want to buy individual sticks.
