I believe it's a small storage box for smoking implements.

My mom picked it up in Vietnam last summer when she was there.

They smoke a lot of cigarettes over there. And drink lots of Tiger brand Beer.

Actually I've been doing the salt test and it went from 83% to 85% humidity?

Is something wrong with it?

It's in a screwable ziploc container.
