So my birthday is rapidly approaching and what has been foremost on my mind is smoking up some fine cigars that I've been hanging onto for a special occasion. As I have not tried any of these yet I figured I would let my fellow puffer's set the smoking order. I'm hoping to get in at least 2 of these and depending of how adventurous I am maybe all 4 of them in the order specified. All these stick's were gifts from fellow B'sOTL and I cannot wait to start the tasting.

*Diamond Crown Maximus #4*

*La Aurora Perferidos Gold*

*Opus X Fuente Fuente*

*Mystery ISOM*

Close your eyes, take a shot of whatever and grab a cigar. Smoke said cigar and repeat until you or the cigars are finished.

I picked Opus, but they all look great!

I think that each of these gars should be smoked on a fresh palette. That is to say fur instance that you would smoke the Opus on your bday (my vote, could ya tell?

)
and if a few hours later you want another gar smoke something you know and have smoked before and liked, that is full bodied.

Have one of the remaining 3 gars be your first stick on another day. etc.

That way you will experience them more completely and be better equiped to share your thought/reviews of them.

P.S. Have a good meal before ya spark that Opus.... especially if you are inclined to nub a stick that you are enjoying.

Good thinking Sir. I do beleive I will follow fiddlegrin's advice on this. So the #1 votes I will smoke on my bday and then enjoy the rest over the next few days... What a wonderful weekend it shall be

the Diamond Crown sucked in my opinion. If you are celebrating on a weekend, smoke the La Aurora first, CC second and the Opus at night. that's what I would do.

I did that with alcohol on my birthday last year, 4 Smithwick's, a bottle of Jordan 2001 Cab and way to much Dalwhinnie. You might regret it. I did.

I say go for the ISOM stick. We all need a little "mystery" in our lives!
