Camino Viejo customer service

[Walking Stick]

I ordered a La Tradicion Cubana churchill 5-pack from Camino Viejo Tabacos and it arrived today with two damaged sticks. One has a 2-inch split up the foot and the other has about a half inch split. The remaining three look very nice.

I called and spoke to a woman who was apologetic and took my information saying someone would call me back tomorrow.

Anyone have any experience with their customer service?

Check back and I'll let you know how it goes.

I have not received a call back yet but I did get an email with a new USPS shipping confirmation number. That's a good sign. Hopefully there are two new LTC churchills enroute.
