Frank Llaneza 1961
So I visited the local shop today and got a few new ones I've never tried before. Decided to smoke the Frank Llaneza on the way home because it looked so great. Perfect construction, perfect burn, and beautiful white ash. Believe it was around 8 or 9 bucks and I've heard these aren't available online. I'll let someone else do a in depth review on these but in my opinion it was a top quality medium bodied smoke. Smooth and buttery but had rich flavor. Either the darkest natural wrapper or a light maduro ha. Comes in a box with the tan cloth wrapped around it just like the Gurkha masters select. Also love the gold band with tobacco leaves. I think too many brands go a little overboard with huge bands that you end up having to take off at the end anyway.
PS. Don't be like me and take a cellphone picture of your cigar while driving, its not safe! haha |
