Try this link! Quite possibly the best thread on the forum about a majority of cheap or bundled smokes!
Thanks to TXMatt for setting up the cheap smokes thread! "The official" TXMatt's cheap smokes thread |

Re: Cigar Lover on a College Budget
Yeah, I know how it feels to enjoy cigars on a college budget...
My current, fairly cheap faves are Victor Sinclair Primeros on the mild side and Sancho Panza Double Maduros (but these seem to have jumped in price) when I'm feeling like something more potent. Although I do have some Padilla Obsidians and John Bulls resting in the humi-we'll see how those go pretty soon. |

Yeah the funny thing about it is that we both like mentioned the same wrapper. But I have to see they are good in Maduro too.

Re: Cigar Lover on a College Budget
haha HELL yah! these are by far probably my favorite corojo-wrapped cigar next to the DPG Blues. Probably because that's all I've had that's been corojo... LOL! But really, these have an awesome flavor and even better value when you can find the bundles on sale! (and easy on the wallet when your moochy friends come over!)

Re: Cigar Lover on a College Budget
I'm a college student too, and I find that generally the best thing is to check out cbid/cigarauctioneer and see what's up for a nice discount as well as keeping an eye on cigarmonster.
That said Flor de Oliva is a very good deal and while I can't speak for them myself I've heard great things about the famous smoke shop nicaraguan bundle cigars. |

Re: Cigar Lover on a College Budget
For the budget in mind. Keep a close eye on auction sites. If you are disciplined enough not to go crazy with your bids you will win some stuff incredible cheap. It may take some time but it works. Also cigarmonster has been very good lately. You can usually get alot of good cigars for very cheap. looking at the chepaer $$$ cigars. The flor de oliva is an outstanding cigar for the $$. and I know someone said taboo value blend as well

Re: Cigar Lover on a College Budget
College budgets are always problematic, especially if someone manages to steal a large sum of your money unexpectedly...
Best advice is patience and determination. |

I found the El Mejor Emerald to be a rather tasty smoke for the price.

Re: Cigar Lover on a College Budget
I recomend the Victor Sinclair 55 Series, Shorty Selection. All are aged for 5 years and 5 countries of origin in their blending.
If you never have tried one, we have created our most popular wrappers in this selection… Red – (Corojo) For the serious smoker who enjoys a full-bodied smoke. Yellow- (Cameroon) Medium bodied smoke with a sweet finish. Blue – (Maduro) Like a fine Cabernet wine – robust and complex with a light fruity finish. Green – ( Ecuadorian Sun grown) A dynamic tasting smoke, with hints of spice in this full bodied smoke. |
