CAO L'Anniversaire Maduro - these things are awesome!!

I'm not going to go into my recent story of ordering the CAO sampler and getting different sticks than it showed I would get, but after receiving a CAO Maduro robusto 5'er from CI like a week or so ago I'm now down to one left. These sticks are amazing! I would go as far as to to say they are unique. They are pretty much medium-full bodied and have this awesome chocolately, yet tobacco/bready taste that just wins me over. So just now I ordered a box of the Churchill from Egars.com. I had to kick myself a bit as just after ordering it I found JRcigars sells the box for $10 cheaper PLUS throws in a free 4 stick CAO sampler!!! But, I figure I don't want to go through the hassle of canceling the order and all that so next time I know where I'm getting them from.

Anyhow, I highly recommend this stick, it's now in my favorites list. CI, while I LOVE them, charge $136 for a box of the Churchill... that's $6.80 stick vs. JR's $4.90. I tend to like to get my sticks at the $5 or less mark, and I've been able to do that with most of my fav's - though too bad not so with LFD's lol.

Anyone else smitten by these sticks?

These have been some of my favorites for years, since I first started smoking, I'm at the tail end of my second box right now.

They definitely dont get the attention they deserve.

Nice review there! Glad you agree Ya know... it's one of those things where you go to have a cigar and keep wanting to pull one of these out, then it hits you... "Damn these are amazing, I have to have a box!". Happened to me with Padron 4000's (my current top fav), LFD Double Ligero Hammer (from Holts), Indian Tabac Super Fuerte Maduro, and some others.

So lately I've just been craving these so much I realized I'm down to only one left!
