Is this company still in business? The website says they're making major changes & I get no answer from the phone number. Has anyone purchased from them lately?

Good question. I ordered from them once early this year, and had to call several times to check my order. At that point they said their computer had crashed and they took my order again by phone. Finally got my smokes, and they were pretty good for the price. Seemed at the time like they were just way behind the times on technology.

Ordered again online a few months ago, no smokes, no response, and no one ever picked up the phone when I'd call. Finally sent an email and left messages to cancel my order if they ever got it.

It's a shame, I'd definitely spend some more money with them.

I used to buy from them all the time and they were great peopel to deal with. Must be computer glitches

The CFO is still around. Its in Troy Mi and I drop by there once or twice a week. In fact, Don Pepin is going to be there this wednesday! Their humidor holds over 6 thousand boxes!
