How many go to smokes do you have?

I have like 3-4 sticks that I smoke everyday during the day, then at night its usually something special.
i.e daily I will smoke a 5 Vegas Gold, Oliva Series G Maduro, La Vieja Habana Maduro, or a DPG CC

then at night it could be anything from a DPG Series JJ Maduro to an Opus X and everything in between.

I smoke as often as I can so theres always new stuff coming in and out of rotation!

Right now I have 23 on my "A" list in my cabinet. There are about 5 more I need to purchase.

I used to smoke The Cigar Factory of New Orleans Plantation Reserve exclusively, box after box after box. Since getting onto these boards I probably have 5 - 10 favs, but the list grows weekly it seems!

I too never thought I would have more than a bunch of singles in my humidor. Trust me, you will be buying boxes and laying down cigars for aging, unless you decide to give up the hobby. I am a lower middle class wage earner so it is not a money thing. I have a cigar savings account and buy a box here and there. I have one 200 ct humi, 1 100 count and two coolerdors. You will get there too, it is a nice place to be.

To me, there is no such thing as a "go to stick". I have a number of boxes and bundled sticks as well as a bunch of singles and five packs. My go to stick is what I feel like when I open up one of my humidors or coolador.

Due to budget constraints, I keep two desktops only, limiting myself to less than 100 cigars in storage at a time. I have certainly found favorites over the years, but really love exploration and variety, so my "go-to" smokes alternate every 6 months or so. So far this year though, about 70% of what I smoke is made or blended by DPG. That being said, I always keep some of his smokes in handy on the top shelf!
