I had one Belmondo about a year ago and it sucked. It wasn't a question of inadequate rest or anything other than it sucked. To include, poor burn, taste was awful, aroma was not much of anything, it lacked complexity, and didn't get any better from beginning to end. However, their Manolete's are very good and their La Paloma (Natural) is okay.

Well... Now I do have a pretty wide variety of Thompson's cigars to review. I'll get to them pretty soon, and you'll see my honest opinion of each one of them. Thanks.

Of all the Thompson's I have smoked the Corojo was the most smokeable. The only thing about their Corojo cigar is it does a good job of getting your lips and teeth red from the wrapper (and no I wasn't eating it). Other then that wasn't too bad.

I have some that have been aging for about 1.4 years. I use em as give aways. BUt I'll send ya some. PM the Addy. Also I have to say a very, very dear friend lives in Houston and I love that town. Wish I could be there now.

Hey Tex I know it's no help to let you know that I have in the last week smoked 2 Thompson's the first was Toro Toro in which at first it had a good strong flavor and really good pull but after the first few minutes it just went downhill from there. The 2nd was just a regular not sure the band had TC on it and that was it. that one was allright. smoke smoothly most of the way through till the end and the last 3rd it fell just like the Toro Toro. For me I know now why so many make fun of Thompson's they just leave a bad taste in your mouth litterally

Thanks but I'm rapidly running out of storage space for these... Some people have used this as an excuse to send me *ALL* their Thompson's instead of simply one of each. I've got about 15 different Thompson's House Brands to review right now, and I know of at least 2 more packages on the way to me. I think that should be enough for a decent set of reviews. Thanks again.
