I'm Really Taking The Plunge!!

Hey Guys,

So in only a week and a half (10/24) I will be a married man!! I am nervous, happy, excited and scared.....all at once!! The bachelor party is this upcoming weekend in Atlantic City at the Trop, so hopefully it will help to ease my nerves a bit! I recently got a new job so money is tight, but of course not for some sticks!! I need a kick ass smoke!! I have a few Bolivar CC's that I've kept, a Monte #2, and an Opus X, but I need something great for the bachelor party and something even better for the wedding day/night. The actual reception will be aboard a ship which will sail around the NY waterway and will have an outside deck for me to enjoy a smoke!! Please begin to give me some advice on what to smoke!! I will probably only have time for 1 or 2 on the wedding night so I need to make it a GREAT smoke!!

Smoke whatever means a lot to you, what's your favorite cigar?

I smoked an Opus the night before my wedding, just becuase it's one of my favorites.

Congratulations.

I haven't smoken too many top of the top of the line cigars, so I can't make any meaningful recommendations. But those smokes you already have sound good. Smoke the Opus for the first night, then smoke one of the Cubans! That's what I'd do.

Yep, unless your new wifey also wants to smoke one on your wedding night, it sounds like a moot issue!

I wouldn't expect the bach party to ease your nerves... your buddies are going to tease ya mercilessly! I would think a Boli would be a fine choice... depending on what your favorite drink is... Oh and try not to punch anybody out! Guys (pre-grooms) get pretty touchy sometimes at these things....

Some of us guys here that have been married for a bunch of years should really sit around with you and share some insights on married life.... what cigars did ya say you had for us?
