Pends on if they're in stock. For a while, they were out of stock on most Padron's, don't know why. But then, they were back in stock. Just gotta keep checkin back.

Ummm...I can understand geeking over certain cigars at certain prices online. But Padron Anniversary's? Just go to your nearest B&M and suck it up. You are not saving that much money...and you are contributing to more and more B&M's going under. I would NEVER buy a '64 or '26 online.

The B&Ms near me charge between $5-7 more a stick than famous does. If I wanted to buy a box of 25 then that would be $125-175 more. So, it would make complete sense to purchase online for a large quantity.

It is crazy the cigar with the least amount of mark up at my go to B&M is the Padron Anvi series. and I usually get a slight discount on my entire purchase. After calculating shipping i think it might be more expensive, since I can't afford a box and at most buy 1 or 2 at a time. For around a dollar or two more I will give my money to the B&M since I might have to go smoke there once it gets colder.

It's very different here. One place sells them for $29 a piece- no matter the vitola.

Not that I've been looking for a long time but after some guys in the cigar club (local) mentioned them I started looking. I've never seen them on CI but maybe they only sell them by auction.

I think that explains it pretty well. I believe in supporting my locals also but if i could save $5 - $7 a stick by ordering online I certainly would.

Ouch that is like what they do with Opus and Anejo prices here. That's why I tend to try to buy those sticks in the WTS section here or online if I can find them.

No offense, but does your local B&M have a TV tuned to Al Jazeera? An authorized Padron dealer is usually very close to the online price. Some "questionable" cigar shops buy their stuff online...don't pay taxes...and mark them up to the prices you describe. They make a huge profit on unsuspecting customers. Call Padron at (305) 643-6169 and check them out.

Re: Pardon Anni's on CI

I had purchased a Padron 1964 Exclusivo from my closest B&M. It's a lounge and I know they charge more because we can smoke for free in there if we make a purchase. Usually I go over there to enjoy the company. I am kinda new so they don't really know me well over there yet. I also bought the Padron 1964 sampler from another local B&M. This one is not walking distance. His prices were much cheaper. But he is not a lounge so I can't sit down and smoke there. He gave me a great deal on the sampler. $90. I like going to him when I need to buy small amounts. I usually buy online when it comes to larger purchase because NY tax is so high.

Padron also frowns upon authorized retailers selling their cigars well above suggested retail. Report them regardless.

Re: Pardon Anni's on CI

I have seen some pretty good prices from Serious Cigars for Padron 1964. Almost ordered a box there last week. I chose the Casa Magna tho. Cigar Place has pretty good prices for both of these as well. But the Casa Magnas move fast. I ordered one day before the free shipping on Cigar Place. The Casa Magnas I wanted are already out of stock.
