safe keeping
now that i am starting to get cigars i unfortunatly live in the desert where it is dry and hot if i put them in a humidor it will still be kinda hot in there and i understand that the ideal temperature is around 70 correct? so what should i do? what do you guys recommend to keep them in a good enviroment? What are some standard ways like would a wine cooler work fine? just a humidor? also what are some easy simple ways? cause im tight on money at the moment

Re: safe keeping
Hey Eric, welcome to Puff! If you take a look around the site you will find most of the answers to your questions, check out the cigar accessory discussion area and Im positive you will be able to find some answers regarding vino-temp's being used for cigar storage rather than wine storage. Many people do this.
Good Luck and Welcome!!! ![]()

Do a search for "Vinotemp" and "Haier"[sp] and you will learn much about storing cigars in wine coolers.
