A quick story... enjoy.

I have a story for everyone.

A few weeks ago I went to a party. By the time we showed up (midnight-ish), everyone was pretty well blitzed. So I show up and the 'bartender' (one of the hosts) was chewing on an uncut cigar. It looked pretty decent and I had to know what it was. He grabbed his humidor, opened it, and inside were 6 Don Kiki Reds and 6 Don Kiki Greens. No humidification device mind you, but a dozen decent cigars. He then went on to explain how these are the best cigars EVER and very rare due to their Cuban origin (probably from cuban crafters). Anyhow, he offered me one so I took it figuring I could re-humidify it and thanked him. I have other Don Kiki's already, but a free cigar is a free cigar. Anyhow, as the night went on he kept chewing on the head until he just obliterated it. The next thing I know, he switched it. Started gnawing on the foot with a chewed up head sticking out while thinking he was pretty hot stuff. We left shortly there after because things were going downhill quickly.

Anyone else have a story like this that just makes you scratch your head?

Yeah,
we have a little bar/restaurant way out in the hills here. Way off the beaten peth.
I love this place mainly because the owner lets us smoke there, even though it's
against laws the cigar nazis have passed.
Any way, this last St. Pat's day I brought in a bunch of cigars and passed 'em out.
At least 3 guys put the foot in their mouth and lit the head. Took a bit of doing but they all
got lit. I just watched and enjoyed the show. They all were having a good time so I
thought " what the hell"

I grew up with farmers who'd just chew on them. That would have been perfectly fine. But yeah, rotating it was... unique.

Nice story. Although, I will admit something about myself. When I first started smoking, I picked one up at a B&M one night. Didn't have a cutter so I tried to bite it off. Turned out poorly. I mangled it pretty bad. I figured, well the foot is 'flatter' so I went ahead and smoked it from the wrong end. Turned out okay other than a bit of flaking off of the filler while smoking. Not my finest moment, but sometimes you just have to have a smoke no matter what.

Re: A quick story... enjoy.

Well, lets take a look at this....
Midnight, everyone blitzed....
If the only strange thing is a funny cigar chewing person tending the bar
Then it must have been a quiet night.. lol

Re: A quick story... enjoy.

Friend of mine was chewing a cigar at a party, I walked off and occupied myself with other things and came back. He was still chewing on it, but the cigar was inexplicably half the length. He had been gnawing off small pieces and swallowing them...

Had a friend who, last time we went to Vegas, had too much to drink and ate one of my cigars......let's just say that it wasn't long before we had a huge mess.....
