Boy oh boy....

i need to A) get over the flu so i can enjoy a cigar or B) stop coming to this site until i get over the flu

it is killing me reading about all the great smokes my BOTL are having but just having to stare at my humidor, and every once in a while open it and inhale the glorious aromas it holds. with a sore throat and chest congestion i would be committing suicide if i lit one up in this condition. so i am reserved to reading and dreaming....

I feel for you, Brother. I can pretty much count on getting a dose of bronchitis once or twice every Winter, and typically can't smoke for 10-14 days. It really sucks.

That stick deserves to be smoked when you can get the maximum enjoyment from it. Light up a cheapie tonight.

so i just spent about an hour on a Cohiba Red Dot Corona. One of the first sticks I bought when I got into cigars. I have had this one that long. Three years really mellows those things out. So smooth, perfect draw, not too heavy and not too easy. rich creamy smoke, almost a sweet taste on the lips. i haven't enjoyed a cigar like that in quite awhile. couple that with watching the kids play in the back yard and it was pure heaven!
